4 cups of olive oil
3 garlic cloves
2 sprigs of rosemary
3 bay leaves
Prepare: Peel the garlic cloves and cut them in half.
In a clean and dry bottle put the garlic cloves, the bay leaves, the sprigs of rosemary and pour over them the olive oil. Close well and keep it in a cool and shady place for 3 weeks before you use it.
