Deliscious raw salad recipe!

Just mix the following:

  • 1 large raw beetroot (grated),
  • 2 cloves of fresh garlic (grated),
  • gingeroot 2x2cm cube (grated),
  • 1 red pimiento pepper (grated),
  • sea salt,
  • a pinch of cayenne pepper,
  • walnuts, sesame seeds, sunseeds,
  • grape vinegar,
  • lime juice,
  • extra virgin oil

Garnish with cucumber slices and enjoy with a glass of fresh orange juice!

Beetroot benefits: Contains potassium, magnesium and iron as well as vitamins A, B6 and C, folic acid, carbohydrates, protein, powerful antioxidants and soluble fibre. Reduces blood pressure and the risk of heart attacks and strokes, risk of osteoporosis, lowers colesterol, treats anaemia and fatigue, stabilises blood sugar, helps slow progression of dementia and don’t forget:
