Natural face masks!


How about a natural treat for your cute face?

Here it is: This mask is made with oats, honey and yogurt and it is quite for all skin types. It has anti-aging properties, it is nourishing and moisturizing while it cleans and exfoliates gently your skin.

It is also great for breakfast too! đŸ™‚

Ingredients:
2 tbsp oat flour or flakes
2 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp honey
How to:
If you use oat flakes, put 2 tbsp in the blender and blend. In a bowl mix the yogurt, the honey and the blended oat flakes or flour until you get a paste. If needed, (if it’s not liquid enough to apply), add 1 tsp water; but I don’t suppose you will have to. Apply on your skin (face and neck) and let it for 15 minutes. Remove with slightly warm water and rinse well with cold.

Remember, always apply masks on a clean and warm face.

You can use this mask 2-3 times a week. If your skin is dry better use it once a week.
