Wow! Who knew you could take simple tea and Granita it, Milk Shake it and Flower it, not to mention Smoothie it, Hot it and Zen it. The authors have done a wonderful job of gathering some very interesting recipes and clearly writing the steps for each; also, the photography is beautiful. I very much recommend this book.

How much fun. Here in Rio de Janeiro it’s almost always too hot for a warm tea, but there are times when the heart demands it.
This book is so cool – excuse me the pun – because it can teach us how to… tea!
Loved it.

Never knew possible. Wow. This is fascinating to me, as a kid who grew up with mom’s sun tea out in the yard, and then discovered a big surprise when Green Tea came aboard, but now, with this book, I have a brand new appreciation for drinking tea! I have also shared this book with my family, and we have been having a lot of fun just looking over the ideas. Haven’t made them all yet, but this is the kind of book that just takes your mind off of things, and brings some good into the world. Thanks! Well worth it!!

This book is so well set out, with a simple page format, showing the recipes in straightforward, easy-to-follow style, and each recipe is accompanied by a superb photograph (and the images in the book are simply stunning!).
